Tower Room

Situated high up in the grand archway to Burlington House courtyard this self-contained space offers lots of natural light thanks to the large windows on both sides of the building. It is also peaceful due to its elevation. The tower interior was renovated some years ago and has an adjacent fully fitted kitchen should use be requested. The room itself features historical paintings and a set of large wooden cabinets that originally housed Carl Linnaeus’ important biological specimens and publications.

Flexible layout can be set up in a boardroom or theatre style upon request.

Black out blinds ensure optimum experience when using AV equipment.

Adjacent fully-fitted kitchen can also be hired facilitating a range of dining options.

Our location inside a 19th century listed building presents several challenges as regards physical accessibility some of which are summarised here. We recognise that our visitors have different needs, and our staff are here to support you. If there are adjustments we can make ahead of your visit—or you have any questions about access—please do not hesitate to get in touch.
