Costs & Applications

Applications for Fellowship should be made by submitting the appropriate Certificate or Form of Recommendation. On completion, one or more Fellows of the Linnean Society of London who know the person seeking election should sign the Certificate or Form of Recommendation. However, if this presents a problem then please send the completed document with a brief resume outlining your interest in natural history, so that the Officers of the Society may consider your application.

On receiving the completed Certificate your name will be put forward for election. Ballots take place four times yearly. Normally these will be in January, March, May and October. The next ballot will take place on the 19th October 2017.

Your completed Certificate or Form must reach the Membership Officer one-week prior to any Ballot. You will be notified shortly after the Ballot if you have been elected. Please do not pay your membership dues until you have been notified of your election.
