How can prey use colour? How can colour frighten? From the incredible defence displays of caterpillars to the bizarre coloration of the orchid mantis, this talk by Eleanor Drinkwater, University of York, will dive into the fundamental questions about the evolution of colour in animals, and the colourful history behind this fascinating field of research.
