Room Hire Manager / Membership Assistant

The Linnean Society of London is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual for the position of Room Hire Manager and Membership Assistant. The role holder will have sole responsibility for processing all room hire enquiries. Primary functions of the role will be to personally deliver a high level of customer service, including provision of refreshments, development of the Society’s room hire and providing administration support to the Membership Officer.

This role requires an individual who can deliver an exceptional standard of customer care. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is essential. There will be a requirement to work out of normal working hours, including occasional weekends.

Starting salary £20,000 per annum.
